I graduated from FCOT in 1991 with a HND in Conservation Management and completed a BSc in Marine Biology from Bangor University in 1996.
After graduation I worked in the public aquarium sector for over 15 years, specialising in seahorse husbandry before returning to Bangor University in 2013.
During my time at Bangor I have worked on a number of EU funded research projects fousing on climate change, shellfish health and aquaculture.
I am currently Project Manager for BlueFish (Ireland Wales programme) and the Shellfish Centre (ERDF funded) projects. I am a BIAZA Aquarium Working Group Committee Member
